I’ve been thinking a lot lately about all the things that I need to work on, and one of the biggest hurdles that I need to tackle is self-discipline. I am not disciplined in the areas that I need to be disciplined in. I saw a post the other day that said hunger is the first element of self-discipline and if we could control what we eat then we could control everything else. It wasn’t the first time that I came across that post on social media, but it still gave me a lot to think about. I know that one of my biggest struggles is control when it comes to food, especially this year. I’ve been slowly trying to tackle my cravings and stop giving into them, but I haven’t had much luck. I can only wonder what could happen if I finally let the junk food go. Would I have more clarity? Could I focus more on the things that I’m trying to build? Sooner or later, I want to experiment and put that theory to the test. If I could finally get to the point of controlling what I eat everyday would more things falls into place? Hopefully I will find the answer to that soon. What do you all think? Do you feel that when you are disciplined in your diet that everything else seems easier to tackle? Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below! 😊
